I am not familiar with the Aeroplan Program and how it works, is there somewhere I can go to get additional information?

I am not an Aeroplan Member and would like to become one. How can I do this?

You can enroll with the Aeroplan Program by clicking here. After successfully enrolling, you will be given a valid Aeroplan number which you can use to begin earning Aeroplan Miles immediately!

How many Aeroplan® miles can I earn on a qualifying purchase?

When you purchase a specially marked Freedom or Premier Plus PhoneCard, look for the orange circle located on the front of the PhoneCard.  It will specify the number of Aeroplan Miles you can earn on that purchase. That value will also be verified as you enter each PIN on the PIN Deposit Page.

Where will I find my PIN number?

Look for the 10-digit PIN number printed on the back of your specially-marked PhoneCard. This is the same PIN number used to place your long distance calls.

How many PINs can I enter at once?

You can enter up to 10 PINs per transaction, per day. It's easy:
  1. Visit the Home Page at www.phonecardmiles.ca, enter your Aeroplan number and Last Name and click "Submit".
  2. You are now ready to deposit your PIN(s). Type your first PIN into the white box and click "Submit"
  3. Type your next PIN into the same box and click "Submit".
      Repeat for up to 10 PINs in one transaction.


How long will it take for my miles to appear on my Aeroplan account?

The Aeroplan Miles you earn through this promotion are added bi-weekly to your Aeroplan account. Keep an eye out for the Aeroplan miles you've earned from your Freedom and Premier Plus PhoneCards on your next statement.

I'm having difficulty verifying my PIN. What can I do?

First, check to see if the PIN you are trying to verify has already been deposited by another Aeroplan Member of your household. PINs may only be used once.

If the PIN has not yet been deposited, please Contact Us and provide us with the PIN(s) you are attempting to deposit. We will do our best to verify them for you within 2 business days.

My local store does not seem to have the specially-marked PhoneCards with the Aeroplan Mile Offer. Where can I find them?

I am being told that my Aeroplan number and surname do not match and I am having problems logging
onto the site.


Please call Aeroplan at 1-800-361-5373 to ensure that your account information is accurate and your Aeroplan account is active. Please remember that to participate in the PhoneCard Miles program your Aeroplan account must have a Canadian mailing address. If you are still experiencing difficulties logging onto your account, please try temporarily disabling your security system as it may be preventing you from viewing the next page.
